Senior Marketing Manager

RPI Print is a leading provider of digital print services, powering creative solutions for high-quality brands, including Blurb.com. We specialize in bringing visual storytelling to life through print, serving a diverse range of customers from independent creators to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). We are seeking an agile Sr. Marketing Manager with expertise across integrated marketing channels in a B2B environment. You have a stellar track record of developing, executing, and measuring compelling campaigns that acquire and retain customers, with a channel mix that ideally includes email. Responsibilities Integrated Marketing/GTM Build comprehensive go-to-market strategies and integrated campaigns aligned with company priorities and revenue goals Partner across marketing and product to build cross-channel plans for launches of physical and digital products Analyze marketing program performance to surface actionable insights, optimize ROI, and prioritize a continuous testing agenda across channels Stay informed of marketing trends, translating best practices and emerging tools into recommendations for how we acquire, nurture, and retain customers Email/CRM Drive email and SMS program strategy, including segmentation, lifecycle/triggered messaging, testing roadmap, list growth, and deliverability health Manage the day-to-day agency relationship including workflows, timelines, SLAs, quality standards, and deliverables Monitor campaign performance in real time; proactively flag revenue risk and lead rapid-response plan modifications to address shortfalls Help shape promotional strategy and manage the ongoing promo calendar, including offer structure and discount cadence Basic Qualifications 7+ years of marketing experience across email and/or other marketing channels, with B2B experience required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Proven track record of building cross-functional marketing programs that meet or exceed performance targets, from concept to completion Strong problem-solving skills, with experience using data, customer research, and testing to generate hypotheses, forecast outcomes, and drive continuous optimization Deeply collaborative, with a track record of building consensus and strong relationships across cross-functional teams Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and prioritizing based on business impact Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of marketing automation tools Proficiency in BI/reporting tools and Excel Our Core Values At RPI, our values shape how we work, lead, and grow together.
