What You'll Do:

• Perform and process portable X-Ray exams using digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment.
• Submit and transmit images to Radiologists for interpretation.
• Unload portable X-Ray equipment and position it at facilities to perform physician-ordered exams.
• Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of X-Ray equipment and vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with healthcare staff, management, and clients.
• Document exam and billing paperwork accurately.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during procedures.
• Maintain inventory and cleanliness of equipment and vehicle.

What You Need:

• Current state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Prior experience in diagnostic radiography preferred.
• Ability to perform portable X-Ray exams independently.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate X-Ray equipment and vehicle.

About the Assignment:

This role involves providing mobile X-Ray services to various healthcare facilities, primarily nursing homes and clinics in Augusta, GA.
