• Shift: Full shifts, 7:00 AM 7:00 PM (Weekdays); 8:00 AM 1:00 PM (Weekends/Holidays)
• Hours/week: 40+ hours estimated
• Employment Type: Full-time (W-2)
• License/Certs: Valid Wisconsin state license/Certification required
• Experience: Prior APC experience preferred, but new providers certified/licensed to practice accepted

Pay & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay: $1.00/hour (Rate discussed upon application)

What You ll Do:

• Provide patient care in a walk-in clinic setting, handling both adult and pediatric cases
• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Complete documentation within shifts, ensuring accurate patient records
• Collaborate with team members to enhance patient outcomes
• Support a fast-paced, community-focused healthcare environment

What You Need:

• Valid Wisconsin APC license or certification (NP or PA)
• Comfortable working with both adult and pediatric patients
• Strong clinical skills and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work full shifts and manage documentation efficiently
