What You'll Do at Pega:

The Go-to-Market Analytics and Insights Analyst II will partner with other internal team members, as well as partners across the Go-to-Market function. This role will be a key business partner to these teams by building and maintaining data products to support actionable insights that help drive optimal business outcomes. You will contribute to ongoing analytics initiatives, help ensure data quality and consistency, and look for opportunities to improve how data is delivered and used across the business.

• Brought new innovative ideas and approaches to looking at data and reports that led to groundbreaking new insights.

• Taken complex data/information and make it simple, scalable, and actionable that led to measurable business impact.

• Established strong stakeholder relationships and provided support to ensure success.

• Have turned data into trusted information used to drive decisions and actions.

• Identified process gaps or areas for optimization while also helping drive it from design to completion.

Additional Information

Base salary range for this role is 84,200 - 125,800 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.

The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
