Telemetry RN: Patient-Centric Care Leader

Highmark Health

Highmark Health’s Allegheny Health Network seeks a Registered Nurse for 5 East Observation. The RN assesses patient needs, plans and evaluates care, and collaborates with ED and inpatient teams to determine discharge or admission decisions.

Responsibilities include leadership in practice, mentoring peers, and maintaining safety with evidence-based care. Requires PA RN licensure and CPR certification; hospital setting experience preferred.
