Together, we're one team focused on creating new ideas and products, while always striving for excellence. Due to growth we are looking for a CDLA driver in Searcy, AR.

Compensation - The annual salary range is $85,000 per year, which includes:

• Activity-based pay including miles, stops, etc.
• $2,000 sign on and retention bonus.
• Option to unload for additional income or hire lumping service at company's expense.
• Average 2,200 miles/week.
• Weekly paychecks.

Work Schedule

• 5-day work week; home 2 days per week.
• Start times vary, typically between 3am- 5am.
• For overnight routes, a sleeper cab will be used and you will spend the night in the sleeper.
• Routes can cover all 48 states and vary by week.
• Candidates may go to New York City once a month or less depending on the route.
• Must be flexible with work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Backing in and out of docks.
• Drive CDL trucks to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinations.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle.
• Reporting maintenance/repair issues on tractors and trailers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of OTR and/or Regional CDL A tractor-trailer experience preferred.
• Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug and criminal background screen.
• Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License, with air brakes endorsement.
• Reefer experience preferred but not required.
• Experience delivering to foodservice warehouses preferred but not required.
• Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses.
• Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
