The Role

Product decisions at this scale run on dataand this role sits at the center of that, translating raw numbers into the insights that shape how the Product Business Unit plans, forecasts, and grows. You'll partner directly with Product stakeholders, build the models and dashboards that anchor Quarterly Business Reviews, and turn complex datasets into a story leadership can act on. It's a role for someone who's as comfortable in a SQL query as they are presenting a recommendation to the room.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Product BU stakeholders to translate business questions into analyses that inform planning and strategy
• Build and maintain forecasting models and performance frameworks that support Product decision-making
• Run deep-dive and root-cause analyses to identify what's driving performance across adoption, pipeline, bookings, and other key metrics
• Develop dashboards and executive-ready visualizations that surface trends, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare and present analyses for Quarterly Business Reviews, shaping how leadership sees business performance

What You Bring

• Strong SQL fluencycomfortable with joins, CTEs, window functions, and writing efficient, well-structured queries to answer complex business questions
• Experience building forecasting models, business performance models, and trend analyses that inform planning
• Hands-on skill with BI/visualization tools and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, business modeling)
• The judgment to run a root-cause investigation independently and translate findings into a clear, executive-ready narrative
• Strong stakeholder management skillsable to gather requirements and communicate across technical and business audiences

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity. There is no application deadline and we accept applications on an ongoing basis until the job is filled.

The annual base salary range is:

$99,000 - $150,000 USD
