You have 3+ years of experience managing residential or commercial construction projects from kick-off to client sign-off. Experience with larger and more complex projects is highly valued.

You communicate clearly with clients and keep leadership informed without being asked to.

KCB Contracting is a licensed, bonded, and insured general contractor based in New River, Arizona (ROC #338654). We build metal buildings, handle full kitchen and bathroom remodels, masonry, pavers, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and more. This role will oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from residential remodels to large-scale commercial buildings and new construction projects, ensuring each project is delivered with excellence in schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction from start to finish.

JobTread is used daily as the central project management system. The Project Manager will maintain schedules, budgets, communication, documentation, change orders, and project tracking within JobTread so projects stay organized and information is always current.
