Job Duties Inspect and verify gravure presses and related equipment for compliance with statutory and contractual quality requirements. Perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) to ensure the machine meets design and performance specifications before delivery and installation. Conduct laboratory testing and visual inspections of printed outputs for colour accuracy, registration, and defect detection. Provide certification that the gravure machinery and its output meet agreed quality standards. Offer technical inspection for components such as plate cylinders, inking systems, and drying units. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Experience Requirements 1+ years of machinery experience Preferred Qualifications Relevant knowledge and experience as a Gravure Machinist Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift. Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required. Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy. Ability to maintain visual focus and attention to detail while inspecting products in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
