Wec Specialist - Dmhv Dd The WEC Specialist - DMHV DD is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery to customers. The WEC Specialist - DMHV DD identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manages risk during service delivery. Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time. Responsible for service delivery execution. Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs. Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services. Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self‑assessments, and wellsite inspections. Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans. Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives. Wear PPE and observe HSE policies. Maintain the required safety training. Experience & Skills Requirements Strong teamwork and ability to work well with others. 3‑5 years of relevant directional drilling experience. Willingness to cross‑train in MWD. Nice to Have Skills Motor skill. Prior SLB experience. MWD experience or familiarity with sliding. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED. Shift / Hours / Rotation Listed as a 20/10 rotation, though this may vary. Typical shifts are 12.5 hours. Contractors often remain on a single well or pad for the duration of a hitch and may request relief as needed. Not on call during scheduled days off. When home waiting for a job, notice is provided as early as possible. Travel Requirements Work occurs throughout U.S. land, mainly in Midland, TX, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma.
