Our modern facility in Landing, NJ 07850 is growing. We’re seeking an Advanced CNC Programmer–Operator who thrives on turning prints into flawless parts while partnering with a supportive, solutions-focused team.

• Own setups and operations on CNC mills and lathes to meet dimensional and finish requirements.
• Translate blueprints, drawings, and CAD data into efficient machining plans.
• Continuously monitor cycles; fine-tune offsets, feeds, and speeds for quality and throughput.
• Conduct rigorous inspections using hand metrology tools to verify conformance.
• Keep your station organized and safe; follow shop protocols without compromise.
• Troubleshoot issues collaboratively and share best practices with peers.
• Document setups, adjustments, and production activity with accuracy.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in a CNC machinist capacity.
• Operational fluency with CNC equipment and practical knowledge of G-code.
• Solid grasp of tools, materials, and standard machining processes.
• Ability to decipher technical drawings and related documentation.
• Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when required.
