Requirements Key Responsibilities: Design and adapt evidence-based Plans of Care to drive functional outcomes, progress goals, and manage safe patient discharges Complete initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries promptly in the EMR to support physician reporting, care continuity, and billing workflows Work closely with physicians, physical therapists, and support staff to ensure coordinated care and a seamless patient experience Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant treatment environment adhering to all clinic infection control standards Experience/ Qualifications : Active NJ Occupational Therapist License with 1+ years of outpatient/orthopaedic experience (strong new graduates with relevant clinical rotations considered) Knowledge of post-operative orthopaedic protocols, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and custom upper-extremity splint fabrication (preferred) Proficiency with EMR systems, timely clinical documentation, and the ability to manage a dynamic outpatient caseload Education/Certification: Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) degree from an accredited program Active Occupational Therapist license in the State of New Jersey Active BLS / CPR certification required Compensation & Benefits: OrthoNJ, LLC is required by New Jersey law to disclose the compensation range for this position. The hiring range for this role is $79,000 - $118,000 per year. Compensation is determined based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, and geographic location. Certain roles may also be eligible for additional compensation, such as bonuses or incentive pay, as well as benefits.
