Reporting directly to the administrator, this position involves providing hands-on support in patient care within a close-knit, 8-bed environment where comprehensive assistance including hygiene, mobility, and medication support is essential. Additional responsibilities encompass facility upkeep such as cooking and cleaning, ensuring a safe and comfortable living space for residents. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care with attention to elderly and chronic condition needs Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the administrator Assist with personal hygiene and mobility to promote independence Support medication management according to care plans Maintain safety and cleanliness in a small assisted living setting Participate in cooking and cleaning duties for the facility's upkeep Communicate effectively within the care team and with residents Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare support roles Preferred Qualifications CBRF Certification Demonstrated skills in patient care and vital signs monitoring Strong teamwork and time management abilities
