As a Casual Part-Time Paratransit Driver, you provide us with the days and times you are available to work. Shifts are scheduled based on your availability and the operational needs of the Authority.Our service operates Monday through Saturday between 3:30 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., giving you a variety of opportunities to work around your existing commitments. This is a great opportunity for retirees, students, parents, or anyone looking to earn additional income with a flexible schedule, including individuals who need to work within Social Security earnings limits.Please note that new hires must successfully complete a paid, multiweek training program, which may require availability outside of their preferred ongoing schedule.Pay$19.85 per hour with a regular driver's license$20.85 per hour with a CDL Class A or B, Passenger Endorsement, and air brake restriction lifted Casual Part-Time BenefitsCasual part-time employees working 60 hours per month qualify for benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, waiting periods, and plan provisions.Have you ever heard someone say, "I can't-I don't have a ride"? rabbittransit's mission is to be that ride for our community.The role of a rabbittransit operator is about more than providing transportation from Point A to Point B.
