Pay Range: $17.00 to $19.00

The Hand & The Eye is seeking experienced hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable guest experiences. Our servers are ambassadors of our bespoke dining concept, combining refined service with genuine hospitality, expert product knowledge, and meticulous attention to detail. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment, anticipate guest needs before they arise, and take pride in delivering personalized service that exceeds expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older
• Minimum of 35 years of fine dining or luxury hospitality experience
• Strong knowledge of food ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary accommodations
• Comprehensive understanding of the menu, including the inspiration behind each dish
• Extensive knowledge of classic and specialty cocktails, wine varietals, beer styles, and proper beverage pairings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask while maintaining composure and exceptional service standards
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Have valid ServSafe Food Handler & BASSET certifications; or ability to obtain within first week of active employment
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds & stand for extended periods of time
• Experience with Toast POS & 7 Rooms reservation platform a plus!

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated, personalized dining experience from initial greeting through guest departure
• Execute all steps of service with precision, consistency, and grace
• Guide guests through the menu by confidently explaining ingredients, preparation techniques, flavor profiles, and recommended pairings
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer while making thoughtful recommendations tailored to each guest
• Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Maintain impeccable attention to detail in table presentation, timing, and service execution
• Coordinate effectively with Culinary, Beverage, Guest Relations & Magic teams to ensure flawless communication and service flow
• Maintain an organized section and workstation while performing efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and hospitality at all times
• Foster meaningful guest relationships that encourage repeat visits and lasting impressions
