Job Title Registered Nurse – Emergency Room Location Hagerstown, MD | Acute Care – Level 2 Trauma Center Schedule / Job Type Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity, fast-paced 54-bed Emergency Department averaging 220 patients per day Manage and triage a diverse patient population within a Level 2 Trauma Center environment Accurately document all patient care activities using EPIC EMR Participate in holiday and weekend scheduling as required Float to other units in rotation with staff, in accordance with facility policy and Joint Commission standards Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC ; NIH certification required (pending status acceptable) EPIC EMR proficiency required 2-Step PPD and Flu Vaccine required – no exemptions accepted Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible Preferred Experience / Skills Experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 Trauma Center setting Demonstrated ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced emergency environment Familiarity with Relias or Net Learning online education platforms Why Join Us Opportunity to gain experience in one of the region's busiest and highest-acuity Emergency Departments Work within a structured travel program that supports professional growth and compliance with industry standards Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 776423.
