This position supports all four departments within the clinic Pediatrics, Adult Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, and OB/GYN and requires a candidate who is comfortable floating between areas based on daily operational needs. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with pediatric and/or adult patient populations and be skilled in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment. Maintain stock levels and order supplies as needed Maintain patient files and records Maintain a safe, clean, and neat work environment in accordance with regulatory agency compliance May complete general administrative duties as assigned including; Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Disability and Return to work forms, Electronic Medical Record in-basket messages, etc. Complete other clinical and non-clinical duties as assigned. Required Qualifications* High school diploma or GED Completion of a Medical Assistant program OR current enrollment in, or completion of coursework in a healthcare professional program (e.g., medical school, PA program, nursing program, or related clinical training) OR an equivalent combination of education and experience (1 - 3 years).
