Lead Fixture Purchasing Agent

Managing core financial and business processes for small fixture requests, the full-time Lead Fixture Purchasing Agent will oversee budgeting, planning, and forecasting while collaborating with internal business partners and field leadership teams, with the option to work remotely. Key responsibilities Build training materials and train purchasing agents on best practices for purchase orders and accounts payable Support Merchandising rollouts by creating fixture purchase orders and acting as a liaison between Merchandising and shipping vendors Provide weekly updates to leadership on Merchandising rollouts and assist in the financial closeout of all related projects Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required, preferably in an analytical field 4+ years of relevant work experience, with a focus on planning and forecasting Strong analytical skills with expertise in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timeliness Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with various internal contacts
