Technical/Functional Skills

AutoRABIT - configuration and set up of CI/CD pipeline and DevOps setup
Person needs to have experience in nCino platform
Relevant years of experience in following areas: (Salesforce Development, release management, software development, DevOps)
experience with GIT and resolving issues on conflicting CI/CD processes
Salesforce Platform Developer Certification or other Salesforce Certifications is a plus
3-5 years' experience administering or managing deployments on the Salesforce/nCino platform (Enterprise edition or higher)
Knowledge of software and systems development life cycle models
Experience deploying custom code and configurations across a Salesforce platform ecosystem (production and sandboxes)
Solid understanding of tools and best practices for Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment
knowledge of the Salesforce/nCino Meta Data API and Salesforce release management techniques
Hands on experience with AWS, Cloud, API, Jenkins, GIT, Azure, CI/CD pipelines, Visualforce, Apex, ANT

Experience Required

2+ years of consulting and/or experience in Core Banking Services-Deposits, Lending and Digital Banking (online/mobile) Platforms.
1 full life-cycle implementations within the Banking/Financial Institution ; experience in 2 of the following nCino modules: Relationship Management, Loan/Opportunity Management, Credit Memo, Covenant, Collateral, Force.com.
Ability to travel up to 25% (While travel is not required there is a possibility of 25% max. travel.)
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field or equivalent number of years of experience.

Preferred

Certifications in Salesforce, nCino.
2+ years nCino/Salesforce configurations experience
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other).
Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical).Certifications
nCino certification will be an added advantage
Devops certification is mandatory - AutoRABIT preferred
