Our esteemed, independent hospital situated in the vibrant heart of Wisconsin is looking to enhance its women's health team due to an increasing demand from patients.
Position Highlights:- Opportunity to dedicate your practice entirely to outpatient gynecology, with welcome subspecialty interests.
- A four-day work week, no on-call duties, and over eight weeks of paid time off ensure an exceptional work-life balance.
- Anticipate a swift ramp-up period, supported by strong referral networks and 19 primary care providers within our hospital system.
- Become part of a friendly and cooperative women's health team, which includes six family medicine obstetricians and a midwife.
- Competitive base salary, performance bonuses, and significant earning potential through wRVU, with personalized packages tailored to your schedule, skills, and experience.
- A recruitment package valued at $170,000, designed to meet your needs, including sign-on bonuses, relocation support, and student loan/retention incentives.
