Mobile Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist-Per Diem In-Home Services

IQVIA seeks a mobile medical assistant and phlebotomist for per diem, in-home clinical services across the United States. The role involves traveling to patient residences to perform blood draws, EKGs, and diagnostic screenings with flexible scheduling and no minimum visit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home blood specimen collection, labeling, and transport per network standards
• Conduct EKGs and macular edema screenings according to training protocols
• Maintain clean work environment and manage clinical supply inventory
• Complete and submit visit paperwork and report adverse events promptly
• Track mileage and time logs for reimbursement and compliance

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record review
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and travel up to 100 miles for visits
• Certification as CMA or CPT (required in Washington and Louisiana)
• Proficiency with medical equipment and documentation practices
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong interpersonal and patient-focused communication skills

Compensation: $25.00 per hour base
