Oura is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst, Workday Administrator to own configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday business processes across locations. You will partner with HR, IT, Payroll, and stakeholders to tailor the system to our global needs and ensure a smooth day-to-day experience for employees and managers. The role involves regular collaboration with Finland and US teams, handling security, reporting, integrations, and change management.
