Job Description What You'll Do: Place and manage Purchase Orders (POs) under the direction of program and supply chain leads Run reports and perform basic analysis to support material readiness and program tracking Support NPI programs by maintaining trackers, documentation, and schedules Shadow and support a lead on assigned programs, taking direction and assisting with day‑to‑day execution Follow up with suppliers and contract manufacturers as needed to confirm lead times, availability, and updates Maintain Excel‑based trackers for materials, suppliers, and program status Provide general administrative and technical support to the supply chain team wherever needed Track and manage: PO status Document dates and program milestones Supplier follow‑ups and confirmations We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
