Premier Pan Company has an excellent benefit package including medical, dental, vision, short term disability, life insurance and a 401-k plan that includes a company match.Automation Operator -$500 SIGN ON BONUS!Responsibilities:Operate automated machines.Works to meet daily and weekly production demands.Produce product that meets or exceeds customer specifications.Be able to spot minor and major non-conformities.Keep workstation clean and safe throughout shift and changeovers.Be comfortable working with computers and technology.Have experience using measurement tools.Monitor machine for efficient operation.Place finished product in proper storage area as needed using forklift, pallet jack, etc.Load and unload reels and raw materials as needed.Must be able to work independently without constant oversight.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent is preferred;Previous manufacturing experience is requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and consistently changing environment;Excellent manual dexterity; Strong physical endurance; Ability to stand for long periods of time; Ability to lift up to 50lbs;Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting through root cause problem solvingBasic math skillsBasic computer skillsMust be flexible with work hours and be able to work overtime and weekends when neededWork well in a team or individually.Premier Pan is an equal opportunity employer.Job Type: Full-time Starting pay rate: $18/hr
