Job Title Part‑Time Health & Wellness Specialist (On‑Site EMT/Medic) Location Aurora, CO Pay $24 per hour Schedule Friday–Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (part‑time) About Us JobSiteCare is a physician‑led company transforming healthcare on construction sites. We’re looking for a proactive Health & Wellness Specialist to support safety and well‑being of jobsite workers through injury prevention, on‑site medical support, and coordination with clinical teams. About the Role Conduct patient assessments, administer first aid, and provide guided treatment under provider direction Support comprehensive case management through patient follow‑ups, referrals, and ongoing care coordination Foster strong, trusting relationships with patients, on‑site staff, and healthcare providers Serve as a resource for psychosocial support, applying a peer support model Lead proactive injury prevention initiatives, including stretch‑and‑flex programs and ergonomic coaching Accurately document patient interactions and care in the electronic health record (EHR) Maintain the on‑site medical facility—clean, organized, fully stocked Collaborate with jobsite safety teams by supporting orientations, trainings, and additional assignments Ideal Candidates Education: High school or equivalent Certifications: BLS, CPR, First Aid required; EMT/NREMT preferred Experience: 3–4 years in emergency, occupational, military medicine, or similar field Adaptability: Thrive in fast‑paced, independent work environments Customer‑focused: Strong communicator and team player Mobility: Valid driver’s license, able to walk the jobsite up to 5 hours daily, lift 25–50 pounds Perks & Benefits $2,500 completion bonus (non‑per diem) Health, dental, and vision insurance HSA & FSA 401(k) with match Paid time off & tuition reimbursement Professional development opportunities Flexible weekday schedule (10‑hour day shifts) #J-18808-Ljbffr
