- Consistent Patient Referrals: 2-5 average monthly referrals (based on the office)
- Schedule: Part-time 2-3 days per month/ supporting 2 offices in the market

- Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) required
- Endodontic Specialty Certificate
