General Manager Responsibilities: Take a leading role in Sales and Revenue Management Be hands‑on and willing to step in where‑ever and whenever needed Strive to be the market leader in Rate and Occupancy Hire, Train, and Maintain a Hotel team that delivers impeccable service Constantly strive for the top position in Guest Service Index ratings Handle all administrative duties as required General Manager Qualifications: 5 years of previous experience in Hotel Management, at branded properties. Significant Experience as a supervisor or manager Familiarity with CRM and PMS platforms P&L analysis skills, budget production, forecasts etc. Strong leadership qualities #J-18808-Ljbffr Nbutexas
