A respected California employment litigation boutique is seeking Employment Attorneys to join its growing San Diego office. This opportunity offers sophisticated employment litigation work, exposure to wage & hour and class action matters, hybrid flexibility, and a collaborative team environment without traditional billable pressure. The firm is looking for attorneys who want hands‑on litigation experience, strong mentorship, and long‑term growth within a highly regarded California employment practice. Key Responsibilities Handle California employment litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and legal research Manage depositions, mediations, and court appearances Work on wage & hour, PAGA, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination matters Collaborate closely with partners and litigation team members Ideal Background 2+ years of California employment law experience Experience handling employment litigation matters in California Wage & hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, or PAGA experience preferred Strong legal writing and litigation skills California Bar admission required Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $250,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
