A well-established building products company is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow their business in the Winston-Salem/Greensboro market. This is a great opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional with strong follow-up skills who enjoys building long-term contractor relationships and developing new business.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and industry professionals
- Prospect for new business and grow existing accounts
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and product solutions
- Conduct customer meetings and provide consultative sales support
- Manage sales opportunities from prospecting through close
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of outside sales experience in building products, construction, or related industries
- Proven track record of growing accounts and closing sales
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage a territory and work independently
Compensation: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission, full benefits, PTO, and excellent long-term career potential.
