Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal representation to clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, mediation, and child support.
2. Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support the client's case.
3. Negotiate settlements in sensitive and sometimes controversial cases.
4. Advise clients on their legal rights, obligations, and how to navigate through complex family law matters.
5. Attend court proceedings and argue cases in front of a judge.
6. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
7. Stay updated on new laws, regulations, and legal articles relevant to the practice of family law.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must have passed the Bar examination.
3. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and cases with a high degree of complexity and sensitivity.
4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
