E-Commerce Specialist

Responsible for, but not limited to, an on-line Ecommerce site with focus on managing and optimizing online sales platforms. Handling the posting of product information, graphics, pricing, promotions, and assisting with customer service. This role involves analyzing sales data and implementing strategies to increase revenue. This position works closely with Technical Services, Marketing, and IT teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience. This position is essential for businesses to grow our digital presence.

Responsibilities include:

• Adhering to both RPC and Thru Tubing Solutions policies and procedures.
• Adhering to both industry and company safety policies.
• Maintaining a percentage of 90% of classroom and online training with goal of 100%.
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of an ecommerce platform.
• Responsible for entering and updating product information on the ecommerce platform. Ensuring that product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate and up-to-date.
• Proficient with technical writing to facilitate effective communication, ensuring that users can comprehend and apply the information provided.
• Develop long-term strategies to drive growth and improve profitability.
• Designs and implement technical solutions to support the online business.
• Interprets and reads engineering drawings, company and customer specifications to ensure accurate part information.
• Create and upload graphic images, possibly created by using SolidWorks.
• Perform other assignments and/or duties as required.
