This leadership role partners directly with business stakeholders to create, maintain, and execute IT and Global Information Security roadmaps, direct select programs, and lead organizational change management initiatives. For questions, contact .Job Type: Direct Hire (Hybrid)Location: Las Vegas, NVCompensation: This job is expected to pay about $185,000/year plus bonusNo Visa Sponsorship Available for this roleWhat You’ll Do:Build strong partnerships across IT, GIS, the CTO organization, Product Group Engineering, and Data/BI to ensure clear project objectives, cooperative delivery, and shared accountabilityTranslate business demand into IT supply by developing business cases, high-level requirements, and change management plansDirect quarterly, fiscal year, and multi-year roadmaps amid ongoing change and rising demand, balancing risk, value, strategic coherence, and capacity versus demand planningDrive effective portfolio management including regular operations reviews and steering committeesDeliver high-impact executive-level presentations on project, portfolio, and roadmap statusWhat Gets You the Job:At least 15 years of combined experience in Information Technology and Global Information SecurityTechnical knowledge of cloud infrastructure, architecture, and established guidelinesExperience crafting, managing, tracking, and reporting on yearly and multi-year roadmaps, and managing capacity and demand across numerous teamsStrong experience managing projects and initiatives across the globe, with the ability to work flexible hours alongside collaborators in multiple time zonesBachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, project management, engineering, or a related field preferred; PMP, Networking, and Cybersecurity certifications preferredIrvine Technology Corporation (ITC) connects top talent with exceptional opportunities in IT, Security, Engineering, and Design.
