Key Qualifications Passion for and experience with stocking and customer service Member satisfaction as top priority Solution seeker and innovator who tackles obstacles head‑on Comfortable with change and quickly adapt to different work scenarios Curious and creative thinker, driving change through out‑of‑box thinking Minimum age 18 years or older Responsibilities Maintain safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, hazardous material handling, steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations. Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area in accordance with company policies and procedures by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up/cleaning/organizing product displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, completing audits and required documentation. Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying their needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products to members, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the company’s products and services. Follow company policies and procedures related to freezer/cooler area by complying with food handling policies, operating, repairing and sanitizing equipment, following cold chain procedures when stocking, cleaning freezer/cooler/deli area, monitoring fans, drains and doors, and reporting issues. Ensure high‑quality products are taken care of and available for members. Ensure shelves are clean, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser‑quality food products. Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area. Compensation Hourly wage range: $19.00 to $27.00 (plus possible premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed).
