RN - Critical Care PCU, Days

Role: The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care across the patient lifecycle, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They ensure adherence to organizational policies, maintain high standards of practice, and coordinate patient care activities for quality outcomes. Qualifications: Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. New graduates are eligible, with prior hospital experience preferred. An active Georgia RN license or multistate license and BCLS certification are required. Certifications: Additional certifications vary by specialty, including ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, and specialty-specific credentials. Nurses in certain units must obtain these within defined timeframes. Key Duties: Deliver patient-centered nursing care, coordinate activities of staff, and uphold practice standards.
