The Role (What You’ll Be Doing)

This is a dynamic, face-to-face role. You will be on the front lines connecting directly with homeowners in local neighborhoods.

• Initiate Conversations: Engage with homeowners to discuss their exterior remodeling needs.
• Create Opportunity: Educate property owners on the massive value of our complimentary, no-obligation property inspections and quotes.
• Build the Pipeline: Set up high-quality appointments for our senior design consultants.
• Compete & Win: Smash daily and weekly targets while competing in high-stakes team challenges.
