Aside from unloading trucks, his/her job description also entails properly arranging or storing of items, attaches identifying labels or inbound cases./ppCOMPENSATION SCHEDULE/ppHourly, Full-Time, Non-Exempt/ppMonday - Friday (4:00AM - 12:45PM)/ppWHAT YOU WILL DO/pulliHandles loads carefully following lifting safety rules/liliInspects trucks before beginning operations to make sure they are clean and safe/liliWork as a team to maintain minimum cases per hour productivity requirements and works with a sense of urgency/liliOperate and inspect warehouse equipment to perform role (Stock Chaser, Pallet Jack, etc.)/liliResolve inventory discrepancies through research and physical counts/liliAct professionally and remain focused while working/liliCross train in multiple areas, putaway, puller, packer, etc./liliSafely operate all warehouse equipment/liliFollow directions of leadership/liliPerform cleaning activities as required/liliMaintain a safe and clean warehouse/liliMaintain a positive attitude./liliAdditional responsibilities as assigned by management./li/ulpWHAT WERE LOOKING FOR/pulliMust be 18 years of age or older./liliHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred/liliAbility to read and speak English./liliMust have reliable transportation./liliAbility to follow detailed instructions./liliAbility to operate a warehouse equipment and machinery./liliMust be comfortable using electronic devices./liliCan lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation./liliBasic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately./liliAbility to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information./liliMust be flexible with start and departure time changing./liliAbility to work overtime when needed./liliAbility to work independently without close supervision./liliResponsible for any additional duties assigned./li/ulpPHYSICAL DEMANDS/ppIn performing the job of a Shipping Supervisor, the job will be divided between office time and floor presence which may include standing and walking for 4+ hours per day. Additionally, the position will require the operations of a stock chaser to move throughout the warehouse.
