Our client, a leading organization in the distribution and logistics industry, is seeking an ENG Industrial Engineer II to join their team. As an ENG Industrial Engineer II, you will be part of the Distribution Operations team supporting process improvement and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Forest City, Iowa

What's the Job?

• Identify, quantify, and communicate opportunities for improvement within the Distribution network
• Coordinate and manage the implementation of process improvements
• Establish and maintain best practices across distribution centers
• Develop and oversee engineered labor standards and performance incentive programs
• Support cross-functional teams and provide functional support for Warehouse Management Systems

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Experience in process design and distribution network management
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate clearly
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, Labor Management, and Slotting is a plus
