What You’ll Do (The Day-to-Day Advantage) The Shield: Provide safe, efficient, and reliable transportation for our students. The Fixer: Take charge of preventative maintenance and repair work for our facility and grounds. The Guardian: Keep our fleet in top-tier shape by coordinating and documenting regular preventative maintenance and safety checks. The Leader: Act as a mentor and positive role model, showing mutual respect and holding youth accountable to elevate their career success standards. What You Bring to the Team The Right License: A valid, in-State Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and a clean driving record that meets company insurability guidelines. The Foundation: A High School Diploma or equivalent (advanced degrees are always welcome!). The Grit: Previous experience working with youth is a major plus, along with the physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs, climb, walk, and stay active on your feet. The Vibe: Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset. Schedule & Pay Schedule: 5 days a week---Monday through Friday, Day Shift.
