Gary Edmonds Insurance Agency, Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Licensed Insurance Sales Closer to join our dynamic sales team. Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for taking warm leads and transforming them into loyal customers. This role is focused on consultative selling, where you'll deeply understand client needs, showcase the benefits of our insurance products through engaging demonstrations, expertly handle objections, and ultimately, close the sale. You will not be involved in cold outreach or initial prospecting; your focus is on bringing deals to a successful conclusion.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative sales calls and video demonstrations for pre-qualified leads.
• Articulate the value proposition of our insurance products clearly and persuasively.
• Actively listen to client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Address and overcome customer objections with confidence and expertise.
• Manage your sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-up and progression of opportunities.
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage appointments, and record sales activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive overall success.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Compensation

This role offers a competitive compensation structure with a base salary plus commission. Expected annual earnings range from $60,000 to $140,000 USD, directly reflecting your performance and success in closing deals.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

• An active insurance license: either Property & Casualty or Life & Health is accepted.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills: The ability to connect with clients, build trust, and convey information clearly and concisely over phone and video calls.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities: Skill in presenting solutions, handling objections, and guiding clients toward a purchase decision.
• Consultative selling expertise: The capacity to understand client needs and demonstrate how our products meet those needs.
• Pipeline management proficiency: The ability to organize and manage a portfolio of leads from initial contact to closing.
• Resilience and a positive attitude: The capacity to remain motivated and professional, even when facing challenges.
