Channel Operations Analyst I

Role Channel Operations Analyst I responsible for processing chargeback transactions, ensuring payment accuracy, and reconciling open deductions. Responsibilities Identifying ineligible chargebacks, collaborating with wholesalers for dispute resolution, managing contract setup, conducting trending and variance analysis for compliance and payment accuracy across specialty pharmacies, GPOs, VA, and 340B programs, and supporting government pricing, finance, and management teams with data analysis. The role also involves managing email inquiries related to chargebacks and membership eligibility, and supporting collection efforts. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (2+ years), strong critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Preferred Healthcare industry knowledge, experience with Flex and/or SAP systems.
