Team members join a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and collaborative care. Role Description This full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role is based in Rochester, MN. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, delivering hands‑on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs, educating patients and families on home care and injury prevention, and documenting care in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards. The role involves close collaboration with other clinicians and support staff to ensure a coordinated, patient‑centered experience. The Physical Therapist will also participate in progress reviews, adjust treatment plans as needed, and contribute to a positive clinic culture that reflects ActivePT’s commitment to exceptional care. Qualifications Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans. Demonstrated skills in Patient Care including patient education, safety, and ongoing support outside the clinic. Working knowledge of Medicine relevant to musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions treated in outpatient settings. Active state license (or eligibility for licensure) as a Physical Therapist in Minnesota. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and motivate diverse patient populations. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment and manage a varied caseload with professionalism and empathy.
