- Ability to communicate quality and food safety expectations in a respectful, clear, and effective manner
- Complete audit, in-process, pre-operational, finished product, and other quality records accurately and on time; ensure required corrections are completed according to documentation standards, escalate gaps as appropriate, and maintain records so they are filed, accessible, and archived as required.
- Conduct product evaluations
- Must be able to speak, read & write in the English language (Spanish is a plus)
- Must be dependable
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Attention to detail needed
- Basic administration skills
- Plant environment with loud noise, food grade materials dusts and odors, moving and vibrating machinery.
- Potentially wet, humid, and icy environment
- Ability to lift and move cases of product, up to 50lb
- 3:00am-11:30am
- 2:00pm-10:30pm
- 4:00pm-12:30am.
