Duration : 06 Months (Possibility of extension/conversion based on performance and budget) Client : One of the largest Pharma companies in the US Overview : This individual will be based at the front desk at the Somerset office and manage the front desk primarily, attend visitors, take calls, handle communications, mail delivery, or FedEx / UPS drop collections etc. Duties: Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally. Provide office guests with a hospitable experience. Additionally, assist with routine administrative activities in the office, including stocking pantries, printers, and the café. Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities. Interact with IT, phone and building personnel as needed. Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
