Salesforce Data Cloud Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Architect with a Salesforce background to help our clients integrate, configure, and implement Salesforce DataCloud solutions. You will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and optimization of DataCloud solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. Key Responsibilities Salesforce DataCloud Implementation Design, configure, and implement Salesforce DataCloud solutions (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Tableau, etc.) to meet client requirements. Collaborate with client teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce DataCloud. Integrate Salesforce DataCloud with external systems, including third-party applications, databases, and other cloud platforms. Define and implement data models, structures, and architecture best practices within Salesforce DataCloud. Ensure that data flows between systems are streamlined, accurate, and efficient. Manage data security, governance, and compliance within Salesforce DataCloud. Client Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical guidance on DataCloud implementation and strategy. Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and presentations to ensure proper understanding and adoption of solutions. Offer post-implementation support and troubleshooting to resolve any data-related issues. Work closely with internal technical teams (e.g., developers, architects, business analysts) to ensure successful implementation and timely delivery of DataCloud solutions. Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and client meetings to drive projects forward. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce DataCloud features, updates, and industry trends. Recommend enhancements to improve the performance and scalability of the DataCloud implementation. Qualifications Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly known as Salesforce CDP) or related Salesforce products. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, tools, and integrations. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Data Architect or similar credentials are a plus. DataCloud & Cloud Solutions In‑depth experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Tableau, Strong background in data integration, data management, and data modeling. Proficiency in using APIs, ETL processes, and data pipelines for data movement between cloud applications. Technical Skills Experience with SQL, Python, and other programming/scripting languages for data transformation and automation. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Project Management & Communication Strong communication skills to work with clients and technical teams, explaining complex concepts clearly. Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is preferred. Problem Solving Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical challenges in DataCloud environments. Preferred Experience 8+ years of experience implementing Salesforce Data Cloud or similar Salesforce solutions. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus.
