Job Description Required Education: Bachelor's Degree Required Skills: Healthcare provider sales experience preferred, with knowledge of how AI can be used to identify key data points to support and dictate sales outreach messaging and key contact data points. 1+ years of AI-enabled research and data discovery. 1+ year sales experience, preferably in acquisition, lead gen, and prospecting. Advanced Outlook Preferred Skills: Provider healthcare organization knowledge. LinkedIn Navigator Overview: Dedicated research and data support to meet growth targets. Current team: 1 GM, 4 sales team members, 1 sales ops, 1 sales leader, all working in-office 3-4 days per week. Culture is fast-paced, high-energy, and has a quick sales cycle. The sales team serves as both a net new acquisition and account management.

Responsibilities: AI-enabled lead generation, pipeline support, prospect research, and sales enablement (find financial decision-makers for key accounts, prospect-specific client, org-type, and specialty needs). Outreach campaign coordination (email campaign blasts, LinkedIn Navigator). FDM contact data validation & maintenance (validation of undeliverable emails, contact database updates & maintenance). Key contact data (financial decision-maker) and provider organization research to support accurate (undeliverable email correction, etc.) and meaningful outreach of ~175K contacts per month. The number of contacts will grow exponentially as new products are put into the market. Account renewal support for 4 sales team members who manage >500 active prospects/accounts at a time.
