Operator Apprentice - Crafting Tomorrow’s Leaders

Are you eager to build your leadership skills in a fun and fast-paced environment? As an Operator Apprentice at Team Primo's Ben & Jerry's, you’ll learn from the best to manage and grow our vibrant ice cream shops. This role is your pathway to becoming a General Manager, filled with mentorship and hands-on experience in every aspect of our operations.

Immerse yourself in the day-to-day excitement of our scoop shops and off-premise events. You'll lead shifts, manage projects, and learn the ropes of financial management while maintaining our high standards of customer service and team engagement. This role is designed for those who aspire to climb the ladder while making a significant community impact.
