Front Desk Receptionist – Skilled Nursing Facility

Livingston Hills Rehabilitation & Nursing Care Center is actively seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for our 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Hudson, NY.

Schedule:

8- or 12-hour shifts Weekend only
Every or Every other weekend and some holidays required

Key Responsibilities:

Follow front desk protocols for all visitors and guests
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Operate paging and telephone systems as needed
Maintain familiarity with established emergency procedures
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and visitor-ready

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required
Excellent communication skills
Strong computer proficiency
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Pleasant and courteous phone manner
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
