Position Overview Restaurant Assistant General Manager Compensation Range: 55,000.00 - 70,500.00 The Restaurant Assistant General Manager partners with the Restaurant Managing Partner to ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations, uphold company standards, oversee cost centers, and provide a memorable experience for guests and team members. Responsibilities Partner with the Restaurant Managing Partner for daily operations. Uphold company standards and oversee cost centers. Create an unparalleled and memorable experience for guests and team members. Champion culture and promote continuous improvement. Respond to operational issues and lead by example. Opportunities to grow within the company. Qualifications Minimum 21 years of age. Minimum 2 years of management experience. Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation. Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills. Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team. Strong P&L knowledge. Ability to obtain required certifications/permits. Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Preferred knowledge of local and State health codes.
