Why work with us: We work together as a team. We work a little bit earlier so we can get off early. We give plenty of time for our hygiene appointments as we believe it is what is best for our patients as well as diagnosing the proper periodontal diagnosis. We believe in maintaining sharp/new instruments, using advanced technology, and proper sterilization techniques. Most of all, we want to do what is best for patients.

Requirements
- Licensed dental hygienist
- Local Anesthesia Certification
- X-ray / Radiography Certification
Licensure: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills for effective patient interaction.
Clinical Knowledge: Proficiency in dental scaling, root planing, and dental care patient education.
Professionalism: A detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to patient safety and direct patient care.
Job Description
Job Responsibilities
• Perform dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling/root planing
• Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate patient records
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions
• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures as needed
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
• Build positive, trusting relationships with patients
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented office environment
