Warehouse Manager — Food ManufacturingAn established food manufacturer is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping across multiple shifts. This role offers the opportunity to develop a strong team, improve warehouse performance, and keep daily operations running safely and efficiently.What You'll DoLead, coach, and develop Warehouse Supervisors, Team Leads, and warehouse employees.Oversee inbound receiving, product storage, inventory accuracy, and outbound shipping.Coordinate staffing, schedules, and workflow across shifts to meet production and shipping needs.Maintain workplace safety, food safety, and company operating standards.Support hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and employee retention.Monitor productivity, control overtime, and identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs.Oversee forklift maintenance and related spending.Partner with Production, Transportation, Quality Assurance, and other departments to resolve issues and keep operations on track.What You BringPrevious warehouse management or leadership experience, including oversight of multiple shifts.Strong knowledge of receiving, shipping, inventory control, and warehouse operations.Experience developing employees and holding teams accountable.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.A hands-on approach to leadership and continuous improvement.Food manufacturing, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred.Compensation & Benefits$70,000–$80,000 annual salary, based on experience.Full benefits package.Paid time off and paid holidays.
